What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing 14 days before your start date. Later cancellations may receive a 50% refund prior to commencement. Once a course has commenced, refunds are not offered.

Booking conditions

For a private booking you may pay in full at the time of booking or at your first session.
For a corporate booking, an invoice will be sent at the time of booking and payment must be received in full within seven days of receipt.
A full refund is available if you cancel in writing 14 days before your start date. A 50% refund may apply for cancellations prior to commencement.
If you miss a booked session without 24 hours' notice, the session fee may be forfeited.
If we cancel a session, you may receive a full refund or attend a future session of similar cost and duration.
