Welcome to the Executive Coaching website, operated by The Voice Business (International Speech Consultants Pty Ltd). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By visiting this site or submitting a booking, enquiry, or quiz, you accept these terms.

We may amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your consent to those changes. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site.

Only adults who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law may use the booking and enquiry services on this site. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and competent to enter binding obligations.

If you use our services on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organisation to these terms. The Voice Business reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict services at its discretion.

You agree not to use this site or our services to send or receive unlawful, offensive, malicious, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content; to breach confidence, copyright, privacy, or other rights; to misrepresent your identity; or to violate any applicable law.

Content on this site is the property of The Voice Business or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use site content for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or circulate site content without prior written consent.

Course descriptions, durations, locations, and fees on this site are provided for information and may change. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge your application and agree a schedule with you.

For a private booking you may pay in full at the time of booking or at your first session, unless otherwise agreed. For a corporate booking, an invoice will be issued at booking and payment is due in full within seven days of receipt unless otherwise stated.

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before your start date. A 50% refund may apply for cancellations closer to commencement, provided written notice is given before the program starts. Once a program has commenced, refunds are not generally offered.

If you miss a booked session without at least 24 hours’ written notice, the session fee may be forfeited. If we cancel a session, you may receive a full refund for that session or attend a future session of similar cost and duration.

Information, techniques, and concepts shared through our programs and this website are general in nature and are not individual professional advice. Results from coaching and training vary. You should obtain independent advice where appropriate for your circumstances.

Site materials and information are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Voice Business and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our services.

Our maximum aggregate liability in connection with services purchased through this site is limited to the total amount you paid for those services, and in any event not more than AUD $100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify The Voice Business and its affiliates against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation we issue, form the entire agreement relating to your use of this site and the programs described here.
